OAKS Leadership Program
Little Oaks Club & Teen Leaders

Oaks Leadership Program is a Christian homeschool cooperative program that meets for two sessions a year for homeschool support. We provide programs that can accommodate families with children from elementary age to high school age. Programming will include: Little Oaks Club is for children in K thru 6th grade which will follow a Charlotte Mason Style Nature Study in a “one room school house” setting. The Oak Servant Leadership Program for 7th grade and above will provide community service opportunities with lessons on Christian Worldview and Servant Leadership.
To be a place of support for home schooling families by offering learning opportunities through classes and activities for elementary students with a focus on learning about God and His creation and a program for middle and high school students focused on servant leadership.
Our Fall 2016 Dates are:
Informational Meeting: September 12, at 10 am at Hidden Acres Conference Center
Session dates will be September 29, October 6, 13, 20, (27-make up day) 2016
To make the most of group learning – Encouraging children to work as a team, share, and collaborate.
For parents and children to work in a co-operative manner sharing ideas, talents, and expertise
To share the expenses for facilities and teacher time and dedication to subject taught
To find families who will be of support to each other, forming friendships and helping each other through the journey of homeschooling.
To have a safe and fun place for parents and children to socialize and learn.

Attend first day of mini-mester
$70 per family (regardless of family size) paid to Hidden Acres. ( $40 will help cover facilities rental amounting to $10 per day. $20 will go to the co-ops general fund for project supplies.) $10 will be paid individually to programming leaders. More information will be provided at informational meeting.
