We invite you to partner with Hidden Acres as a vendor for the ARISE Spring Festival—a free, family-friendly community event designed to bring people together. This event is all about welcoming our community to Hidden Acres for a joyful day of connection, creativity, and family fun. We value our local makers and small businesses and believe your presence helps make ARISE a vibrant, meaningful experience. By joining us, you’re not only sharing your work—you’re helping spread the word, invite families in, and play a vital role in creating a memorable event that serves and strengthens our community.

Vendor Booth Options

Indoor Booths (Booths 1–10 | 10 available)

  • 10’ x 10’ booth

  • Electrical access available (indoor vendors only)

  • Restrooms nearby

  • First-come, first-served

  • $35 registration fee

Outdoor Booths (Booths 11–22 | 12 available)

  • 10’ x 10’ booth under a large tent

  • No electrical access

  • $25 registration fee

Vendor Requirements & Set-Up

  • Vendor set-up time is 8:30 AM – 9:45 AM

  • Vendors must remain open for a minimum of 3 hours during the event

  • Booth space may not exceed 10’ x 10’ unless additional booth spaces are purchased

  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own:

    • Tables

    • Chairs

    • Extension cords (if applicable)

    • Canopy tents (for outdoor booths, if desired)

  1. Complete the vendor application below.

  2. Our Vendor Relations Director, Amanda Smith, will contact you to confirm booth availability.

  3. Once your space is confirmed, you will receive payment instructions.
